Being good at explaining things or making excuses for not doing your job doesn’t make you a competent plumber—repairing the leak I paid you for does! Not completing the job I hired you for is one thing, but suggesting that getting paid and not returning to finish the work is normal, and that we're expecting too much from you, is really upsetting, especially after we’ve been extremely patient with you! The reality is, after paying £260 for you to repair the sink leak, and after numerous texts and phone calls, the leak is still here. It’s been a rather unpleasant experience!

Jacob and his father give you the impression from the get go that you can place your trust in them completely. Work has been done at an agreed price, to agreed timescales and to a quality well beyond my expectations. My jaw dropped at just how good the work looks! The plumbing in my property has been transformed in a single day from a complete mess to an extremely tidy system which is ready to be modernised and I am now talking to Jacob about further works to remove lead piping all the way to the meter.
