He came promptly on the time and day I requested. Also showed me where the mains water point was to turn off the water supply in an emergency as I hadn't a clue!! Very happy to recommend him.

Rob did a fantastic job at very reasonable price and at short notice. Vanity unit looked great and was neatly fitted. The toilet was a little more complicated as the required part was obsolete but Rob found a suitable part and came back the next day to fit it. All working perfectly now.

Rob was really helpful & happy to give advice to a clueless homeowner (me!). He and the team were timely, professional and efficient. They knocked my flat about a bit but left it looking really tidy, and I couldn't have asked for a better job. Looks great & works really well. Can't post a pic because I only got them to do the shower and the rest of the bathroom is still a state! Cannot recommend Rob & his team enough.
