Bought a new kitchen tap from Screwfix. Silverline were punctual and fitted the new tap. However after Siverline left the tap started leaking from the spout. It was clearly a faulty tap. The situation was made worse by Screwfix who, whilst agreeing to change the tap, nonetheless refused to compensate me for having to call Siverline back. I called Silverline to arrange for them to return to take the faulty tap out so I could return it to Screwfix to get a replacement. However Silverline refused to engage with the job. Very disappointed.

He started 13th August,done 2 & half days, for which he got payed. As we did not hear or see him again I tried to phone his mobile, home line even emailed, NOTHING . Now 6 weeks later I have had to get a new plumber to finish the job for me. I am a very upset person
