NOT A RIP OFF HOURLY RATE. I do require payment after all works are completed, whilst I'm still on the premises. This is NOT negotiable, as unfortunately I've been ripped off, and not paid too many times. So please do not expect to pay me later that day. It is payment upon completion of your job. I don't want to appear unreasonable, but I have bills to pay too! 😊👍🏼
