The work Warren and his colleagues did was fantastic. Completed to a high standard. We are delighted with the shower room, utility room and the upgrade to our existing bathroom. All the workmen were friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. Would definitely use Warren again for any future projects.

Turned up late on day they was meant to start and Phil left Finley to take all renderings off. Turned up late on the second day late again. Third day he said family stuff and said they would be after lunch but didn’t turn up. He asked me for part payment for the job. So was meant to come on Saturday but didn’t turn up. On the Monday he had a medical emergency with Finley ended up in hospital then they come on Tuesday they worked all day until it started getting dark had to leave some stuff on wall to dry. I had to get another lintel. Came on the Thursday to work all day to get the job finished. But still cables to put back on the wall so I said I’m not paying the rest until cables back on they turn up that day to put cables on.The job finished was very good if time management was better they would have a better review off me then I paid rest of job asked a few things after but now not replying to my messages. Apart from time keeping overall job is 100% better

I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our extension. They’ve just completed a double side extension, with a rear single extension and totally reconfigured our upstairs by moving the staircase. They were respectful of our house and neighbours throughout the build and the site was always clean and tidy. You can clearly see that Nick thrives off a good reputation. He kept us informed throughout the build and was quick to problem solve any issues that arose without any fuss. They worked tirelessly to complete on time, working long hours towards the end. I have heard so many horror stories from people about builders still working on their extensions months after the agreed completion date or just not showing up for days at a time. Nick and the guys are the complete opposite they were there 8am every morning. The build has honestly been surprisingly stress free. I am amazed at how quickly they completed our project and to such a high standard. I would recommend Nick and the team to anyone who is looking at building an extension. Nick is competitive on price and there were no hidden extras in the quote. Thank you Guys for our lovely new home!

Simon carried out an excellent job on the repairs. The work turned out to be more complicated than a simple dormer patch repair as the render had deteriorated in several places so Simon had to replace the rendering on both dormers. Throughout the process he was professional, transparent and extremely honest. His attention to detail was second to none and the finished job is of the highest standard. He even uncovered another problem with missing insulation around the windows which he rectified within the original quote. Such is the quality of his workmanship that we’ve already booked him back in to re-plaster an internal wall!
