Courteous - ensuring he left everything clean and tidy Knowledgeable- advised/ recommended the dos/ don'ts without even having to ask. His recommendations helped me save thousands. Workmanship - outstanding. We've had other trades commenting on how goes the work has been. Trustworthy - on time and never an issue with leaving Mike at any of the houses. Excellent value for money!
