I cover mainly domestic work, such as replacing and repairing ceilings. New and old walls repaired and replastered. Whole houses replastered, loft conversions and extensions. Recently moved to the Dorset coast with my family and looking to build up a cliental. I pride myself on my honesty, reliability and customer satisfaction. I would recommend Jamie. I had to get my kitchen re-plastered. Jamie provided me with a quote, and explained the process to me. The quote sounded reasonable, and he provided me with realistic timescales for how long the work would take. He fitted me in to his schedule at a time that would be convenient to myself. He turned up promptly on the first day, carried out the work diligently, ensuring that the dust and mess was kept to a minimum. He has done a really nice job of the plastering, going the extra mile in terms of detailing, such as neatening up the coving. He also put the electric sockets back in place, again going above and beyond, as this isn't technically his job to deal with electrics. Please consider that the size of the room/complexities of surfaces etc will see the labour cost increase as will the time the job will take. Availability is now the start of February, we are also block booked every July and August.
Tom and Julia are amazing. I'm a complete amateur and they were very kind and patient with me even though the job I had hired them for ended up being more work than I originally thought. They are very professional, hard working, helpful and are just some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. They went above and beyond to help save me time and money and did a fantastic job. Excellent plastering job carried out by Louis and his brother George, leaving a smooth finish and a tidy room. They are both very polite and helpful too - when the handle on our garage door seized they took time out to get tools from the van and fix it! I had assembled a team of three (builder, carpenter, electrician) to work on our conversion and all of them took Louis's card and are going to commission him for other projects they are working on. I think the fact that these other trades people rated the quality of the plastering finish is the best recommendation of all.Latest review:Plastering-
