James was professional and friendly from initial contact to completion of works and, on the agreed day, he gave the all important update on arrival eta so I wasn't sat at home all day. We just wanted a boiler inspection and expected it to be straightforward however, the kitchen fitters trapped the boiler in a cupboard with no easy access in case of emergency or fault. James explained the issue prior to doing anything and then solved it for us with no fuss. Very happy.
