Absolute timewaster! Gave us a quote and we agreed to it and confirmed a start date. I called and texted him on the day as he hadn't turned up and there was no response. He then texted me saying that he was ill and still wanted to start the works when he was better, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. A week later I contacted him and agreed a new start date, then he didn't turn up again and started ignoring my calls. When called from a different number, he picked up and said he would start the following week and surprise surprise he didn't turn up again and never responded to my calls I don't understand why you would waste people's time like this. We agreed to do the works before the tenants came back from holiday due to the disruption it would cause them and now because of Alan and his false promises we were unable to get the works done and the tenants will now suffer in the property with the cold uninsulated walls over the winter. Russ and the team have been excellent - we had nearly every wall of a 3 bed semi plastered and they really go above and beyond, one night staying until 8pm to get a room finished to allow us to get going with other work. Great finish and tidy too - would highly recommend!!

James did a great job of plastering over difficult artex on the ceiling and the rough brick work and lintel around the main panoramic window. Rest of walls skimmed nicely to finish it all off.
