AWC dug out our gravel topped parking space, installed kerb edging and gravel frames. The job was done efficiently and in one session. I have many qualifications starting from level 1&2 city and guilds plumbing to most cpcs plant machinery tickets. ( + liability insurance ) Iv been operating for just under 10 years now and stretched my work from building double garages from the ground up, plastering internal walls and loft conversions to bespoke garden designs and carrying the work out. My main passion for work is working with a customer to get their garden exactly how they want it. This could be anything from decking to artificial grass and slabbing areas. There is nothing better for me than sitting with a customer and putting a pen to paper to design their own garden with me. It’s very rewarding. I hope you can take a minute to see my portfolio which I have built myself for customers to browse so there imagination’s can grow for there own gardens. Every job is undertaken with the utmost professionalism, a high quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We specialise is all aspects of groundworks, including driveways, patios, drainage, fencing, concreting and landscaping.
Second time Ryan and his team have worked for us. They've completed preparation for the drive, but we've now decided to change the gates. These are 'big gates' which will determine the level of the drive so both jobs need to be done at the same time. We've been away, but are back and ready to finish the job. Just need to get the gates! Great set of guys to have on site. Level of work excellent. Site kept clean and tidy each day - end result perfect. Looking forward to having them back. Would I recommend Ryan and his team? I am an NVQ level 3 qualified bricklayer of 20 years, I have extensive experience in setting sites for new builds, extensions, knock through’s, fireplaces, driveways, conservatory bases, landscaping and patios with a keen eye and attention to detail. I take pride in my work and always keep the customer updated on progress.
If you are looking for a builder in Somerset look no further, this fellow is an absolute gem. We needed a complete make over of the rear, side and front garden / patio areas. This work also involved removing the old patio area fixing fence panels and new panels. Richard undertook this work with his team and totally transformed our garden areas providing expert advice on drainage and some design work around garden walls and drain covers. The results are outstanding everyone who has seen the transformation has said "WOW". The building team (RICHARD PAUL MAISON JENSON) who we got to know over the course of the build were always polite and their work has exceptional quality, they were all grafters as well as being skilled. Richard's work is flawless, you don't need to do a snagging list, things are only carried out to his exact standard. Can't praise this fellow high enough, from start to finish and at every point during this project has been conducted in the most professional way. Justin was fantastic with supporting me turning my front garden into a driveway. Justin listened to my needs and what I wanted and turned it into reality. I was working with a budget and wanted simply a boundary block wall and then filled with hardcore. Justin didn’t try to add anything on he just created what i wanted hassle free. Justin and his laborer always left the work site tidy and nothing was too much hassle. I highly recommend J. Whitfield building services for any building needs. Thank you Justin my partner and I are very satisfied we can now park our cars off the road.
