Both of my sons are fully qualified plumbers, we can also offer full plumbing (including flushing heating) tiling and carpentry services.

I am 100% impressed and totally pleased with the experience with Pennington’s Property Developments from the start to finish. I am extremely happy with the level of attention to detail and the final finish as it is exactly what I was looking for and now my property is completely refreshed and looking brand new. Mike from start to finish was a professional and a gentleman. He was courteous, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, tidy, very thoughtful and thorough. Anticipating my questions and needs throughout the whole process and going the extra mile. I have had friends and neighbours asking after the company details as they also very impressed with Mike’s workmanship and finish. Mike did an excellent job in our property. I had a number of jobs completed by Joe, he was able to get onto my flat roof to inspect the condition of it and cleared all the gutters for me. He painted a large cupboard inside and touched up paint in the rest of the house. He also helped clear large amounts of garden waste etc. I find Joe to be reliable, he turned up when he said he would, and offered a great service for what I feel was great value for money.

Martin has completed an excellent job. He quoted promptly for the job and fitted into the timescales required for getting it done, all at a highly competitive rate. In fact, Martin did more than required for the price quoted, and completed the work to an excellent standard. He is very flexible around work times etc and gets on with the job with the minimum amount of disruption to the household. He left the room very tidy upon completion. He is very polite and considerate. I recommend him highly.
