He also painted the outside concrete windowsills of our Victorian house. Punctuality: He was always present to start work at least five minutes before the agreed start of 8am. Work preparation: His work in preparing all surfaces was carried out conscientiously and thoroughly. His attention to protecting floors and furniture was always sound at all times. Finishing: His finish work was competent and I had no cause to complain about any aspects. General personality: Ovidiu is a quiet and competent operator and does not waste time in idle chatter.
