Sam arrived on time and with all the right tools. He was polite and tidy, even giving me some advice on some other bits around the house. The sanding which he was hired to do was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I found out that Sam is able to quote for a variety of different jobs and got him to look at a couple of areas that I needed work done. We agreed a price on the spot for the other work I needed doing and he will come back to do that at a later date.

Venice construction did an excellent job installing a new shower cubicle in our bathroom, removing the bath and completely re tiling 3 walls. Veselin is extremely competent , pleasant and very hard working. I was astonished by his ability to restore the toilet every night so that we did not have to come downstairs. Nuno is an amazing tradesman extremely hard working & he pays a great deal of attention to detail. We had the outside of our house completely prepared (from a very poor state) & painted along with the repair of a bespoke fence. It’s predominantly a wooden house (1790) with the lower part in stone the job he did was immaculate. Nuno provided constant updates to us which was especially welcome during a three week period in the middle of the redecoration when we were away. Pricing is very fair he goes through every element of the work to be done & the cost. Nuno & his team are completely trustworthy (we left him with a key) & he always made sure the house & outside where left clean at the end of each day. My wife & I cannot praise him enough & I’m sure anyone employing him will not be disappointed. He comes highly recommended from us you really can’t go wrong with him.
