Let's hope this stops the condensation and mould . He also installed raised air bricks at the rear and cut away floorboards which were touching the wall to stop floor boards getting wet . He turned up on time and identified the cause of the problem. He got back to me with his quote which was reasonable and I accepted it. He gave me a date for the work to be gone which I wasn’t able to meet but we arranged a suitable date. He turned up on time, got to work straightaway and kept me informed of his progress. After he had finished the job he tidied up after himself leaving no mess. He gave advice on the steps I should take regarding the redecoration of the affected area and messaged me his suggestion what paint to use.
