Get in touchWe used Mitica for a loft conversion in Sept/Oct 2023 and we have nothing but praise for him and his team! If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would! The job was quoted 6-8 weeks and they were done by 5.5 weeks. Mitica and his team covers almost everything in-house incl but not limited to construction, plumbing, tiling, decorating, woodworks which reduced the risks of delays significantly. We received the quotation within timely manner from site visit, the quote was detailed and transparent and competitive. Communication throughout the project was great, the workers were punctual, respectful to neighbours, kept noise and dust to a minimum. Miticia also managed to tweak drawings and the position of the stairs which gave us more useable floor space than initially expected. The attention to detail is visible everywhere in the final product and we would wholeheartedly recommend them and will be using for any future work we may undertake.Latest review:Loft Conversion- - Get in touchFrom start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Alin of Smart Builders. He took us a show some of his previous work and we felt confident in giving him the job of our loft conversion and garden gym building. He has a team of hard-working professionals and they made the job go very smoothly and efficiently, from day one. He started his timeline and even though we had small issues along the way which is to be expected he always had a solution or more than one solution for us and was mindful not overspend on our behalf. Honestly, we could not have asked for a Builder and the end result is really beautiful. The team were very friendly and polite and cleaned up behind themselves every single day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alin to anyone who is lucky enough to book him for their job.

- Get in touchHe acted fraudulent and without due care and professionalism. Shortly after commencing the project, he came up with variations, denying several things were not included in quote when we asked for a complete quote for refurbishment. He then started cutting corners and did terrible unethical things which of course building controls refused to sign off and ran off with money paid to him then started threatening me which of course I had to report and document with the police. I had to correct what he did at great cost to me and waited this long just to complete the project first before taking up this matter. I kept all the records carefully and plan to sue. I recommend to stay away from Prep, his company, structural engineer etc.Latest review:Loft Conversion-

They completed the entire project in record 6 weeks and the overall project was done ahead of deadline with excellent craftsmanship. Get in touchI feel extremely grateful and lucky to have met Durham through mybuilder.com We have had work done in the past by other builders and although the reviews said good things when the work was done and complete we were left extremely unsatisfied with the work. In life you really get what you pay for. With Durham and his team they came in at a fair and competitive price. He broke down every aspect of the quote to explain how much it would all cost and why, this gave me a great understanding and allowed me to prioritise different areas and allowed us to work in our budget. From start to finish everything was taken care of and his response was always don’t worry we can sort it. He always has a solution and goes above and beyond without hesitation. He really does treat his work like he is building his own house which means even if you agree the bare minimum, he will do extras just to ensure customer satisfaction. The detail is 10/10.
