I cannot recommend Tom and his team highly enough. We needed a dormer loft shell constructed to include 1 bedroom and en suite. They started 19th November and it was completed by January 9th. Through incredibly challenging weather, freezing temperatures and very high winds. The chaps started before 9am every day, and included occasional weekend hours. The quality of the work is superb. Tom talked through options and variations as to how we could best achieve what we were aiming to create from the outset. We felt at ease and confident in his judgement and opinions. Payments were made in installments at relevant intervals of job completion which was quick and straightforward. There is absolutely nothing I would change about the service we received or the manner in which our job was managed. Anyone wishing to have a reliable team of builders, Tom and his team I cannot recommend enough. We are absolutely overjoyed by the work that Byron did on our home. We wanted a loft conversion with ensuite to give us more space and it has literally transformed our home! We all now have the space and comfort that we wanted, plus it looks amazing! From start to finish Byron and his team were soo helpful, thoughtful and hardworking. Nothing was too big or small for them. We have never had anything like this done before so needed lots of help and advice and Byron was always on hand to help. I work from home which I thought may be difficult with such a large job underway but they were so considerate and accommodating it was a pleasure to have them here. I can honestly not recommend Byron enough for any loft conversions or home improvements you may need. Top class job done by Jack and his team. Quoted a competitive price and gave me good advice and ideas on the job. Turned up on time and worked hard to get the job finished on schedule - updated me on progress. Great job done - very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. Tom trimmed two internal doors following new carpet fitting. Tom messaged me 30 mins before arrival. The job was completed quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable. Mick and his team set about building a two story rear extension late last year. It started out great for them but just two days into the build we were hit with the wettest winter on record. His team pushed on through wind, rain, sleet and snow. Problems with an awkward site access were overcome. Even though they were working in some pretty bad conditions, they managed to keep the place clean and tidy. The team work quickly and to a good standard. Neighbours commented on how quick it went up. Mick wanted the place done by Christmas. The world was against him on this deadline but he pretty much nailed it!
