On our first meeting I felt comfortable and was glad of input from Robin. Agreed to a plan and only had to wait a few weeks before work could start. All preparations made to protect my drive before skip arrived. All work carried out in a very professional manner and team were very polite and friendly. Even though weather was against ground works they provided shelter so work could continue. I’ve been very pleased with their approach and can’t fault the outcome. Although met with a couple of delays on garden furniture, (nothing to do with Robin and his team, circumstances outside control)all other aspects of this job have met with my approval. Was apprehensive of having people in but can honestly say there have not been any issues and when the skip was removed within an hour, Robin was back on site to clear and wash down the drive. So looking as good as new. It’s been a pleasure having them on my property and will look at using their services again in the future should the need arise. Nothing too much bother. So my thanks to them all.

Rich and the team have done a fantastic job completing my kitchen and hallway renovation. His team guided me the whole process and were great communicators. No problem was too big or small to handle. There were some issues through the job (due to the initial poor design of the kitchen when it was first built) but the team were quick to resolve this professionally. What can i say, great guys to work with. Came round and quoted as planned. Good competitive pricing. Completed the job better than planned. Always advised and tried to improve on the plans, really have good attention to detail and take so much pride in their work. Job completed bang on time. Never had a issue whatsoever. Arrived on time, good communication and nothing was to much for them. Will definitely be doing my extension next. New to my builder so they dont have much reviews, but not to worry just have a look at their instagram which they update DAILY. You can literally watch them building.. Thanks lads

I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

Rude. Standards of the extension were poor. The roof leaked. Gavin was fast to fix it, however it then leaked again. The patio doors didn't close properly. I lost confidence with Gaven so had an additional trades person to rectify the issues at extra expense to myself.
