Sam did an excellent job fixing our hot water boiler. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and keen to resolve the problem. He kept me informed throughout whilst waiting for parts, going above and beyond to research the water heater system. He was flexible with arranging schedules for repair and worked efficiently with care and respect for our home. Luke came out in the evening to give us a, very competive, quote and said he would try and fit the job in as soon as the materials were on site. Knowing we wanted to get the job done Asap he said he would fit it in at the weekend if necessary. The worktops arrived on Wednesday afternoon and Luke arrived first thing Thursday morning. He finished the job to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss and mess, even cutting the worktops between rain showers. We will require further carpentry jobs carried out in the future and will have no hesitation asking Luke to do them.

We found Ian to be very professional and meticulous. Communicated well as to the times and days that he was available to work so other plans could be made. He cut our sills for the windows from MDF, which fit perfectly and even helped with unblocking our drains. Ian can turn his hand to most thing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will be happy for him to come back to complete more jobs if required.
