I have to admit, when I first contacted advanced landscapes, they seemed genuine and interested in helping with the job I needed doing. On the day we had arranged for them to come over, have a look at the job and price it up they cancelled an hour or so before they were meant to arrive, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as things crop up. When they did arrive, the guy genuinely seemed like a nice bloke and genuine and offered honest advice, so I then asked him if he could please price up the job for me with the hope of moving forward with it.... this is where my experience took a negative turn. Before he left, he said he should have the quite back to me in a day or two, after the mentioned time frame had passed, I messaged him asking for the qoute, I only got one response back saying he was still working it out. Micheal spent 1/2 a day preparing materials prior to arriving on site and 2 days fitting and painting on site.
