Adam and his team did a good job. It took us a while to make it happen in terms of timing but I was happy to wait given the quote I’ve received. Overall, satisfied with the end result. Adam even was kind enough to add extra gravel plate (I think this is how it’s called?) when he came back to finish some bits and bobs free of charge. Totally recommend.

I hired someone else, as due to not arriving on days agreed, my oven is still not working. I felt like he didn't know what he was doing. The oven is still in parts. I received a message asking when he could come in the early hours of the morning.

I used their Services over extended time period just becuase of their professionalism , honestly and competitive prices. Once the job is assigned they would leave only once its done and would be very cautious so as not to cause inconveinece to the inhabitants. On various occassions their suggestions in terms of design were very helpful and much better than what was already designed and finalized which helped me save cost and speed up project. I used their services on my Manchester house and they did over all complete renovation in 4 weeks below the budget I had in mind (that was outstanding). I have recommended them to atleast 5-6 friends and they all are happy with their work and havent heard any negative feedback so far.

We had a built in wardrobe which was empty, no shelves or anything. Martin built some new shelves and a hanging rail then put some new doors on it too. He was pleasant and sociable and although he suggested things he made us comfortable that the final decision was ours. The main point for me was that he turned up exactly where he said he will, unlike some other tradesmen. He did such a good job on the wardrobe that we got him to hang a couple of new internal doors and install some locks afterwards. On the strength of his work I would have no trouble recommending Martin

There were the usually issues with the Architects plans and the realities of building and new extension. Daljit offered excellent suggestions and workarounds with me and building control. This ensured the project stayed on track while minimising additional costs. Daljit kept me informed on the progress and ensured any last minute changes I had were accommodated. I had an good working relationship with Daljit and I have also recommended him a number of times to friends and family. I have had 2 additional bathroom projects completed by Daljit. I am very happy with his work and even after almost 10 years I have no issues with the original build. I would highly recommend G13 Construction to any future customers.
