I recently purchased made-to-measure tier-on-tier shutters and originally planned to fit them myself. However, once they arrived, I quickly realised the installation was far more complicated than I had anticipated, so I posted a job looking for help. Ivan responded very quickly and arranged to visit within just a few days. He and his colleague were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed the installation in around an hour and a half, and the shutters look fantastic. As well as fitting the shutters, Ivan also fitted the skirting around them and neatly caulked everything, leaving them fully finished and ready to use. The attention to detail was excellent, and the final result looks great. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their work and would happily recommend Ivan and his team to anyone in a similar situation who needs shutters fitted professionally.

Communication was good before and during the work. Worked to a high standard, always cleaning up after himself at the end of each day. Communication was excellent, they were prompt, efficient and also offered great advice when it turned out we had a poor kitchen disigner and as a result Theo needed to make changes on site to deal with some unforeseen issues but he got it all sorted despite the challenges. Ben & Jay were outstanding. The finished job has been completed to the highest standard and is a credit to their craftsmenship. During the project they were easy to work with and came up with ideas to overcome problems & kept us informed about what was happening so we could schedule delivery and access. They kept the site clean every day and were very organised and kept us informed if they planned to turn off electric or water etc. These guys are multi-skilled and although they are undoubtably brilliant carpenters their ability to do more than carpentry helped move the job on and ensured everything was finished to a high standard. When they did get other trades in it was clear that they only work with tradesmen who have the same skill level in their trades. So if you want a good job, well done use these guys.

Fitting a Wren kitchen. Apart from a superb fitting job on the units themselves, this also included ripping out, floor preparation and the laying of a new ceramic floor, wall preparation and making good before decoration, plumbing for new appliances and to move other appliances, electrical work including preparation and the moving of existing points as well as the addition of extra power points - this also showed the need for a new mother board which was handled by the electrical contractor. All of the professionals selected by Carl and the Terlecki team were of an extremely high level of ability, professionalism, and attention to detail. They really cared about the quality of their workmanship. I cannot praise them highly enough. Terlecki took on the project management and supervision in a highly professional manner. Excellent service before, during and after installation.
