Property Fellas refurbished a 2 bedroom flat which included replacing the kitchen and painting throughout. Most of the work was carried out by Marios Katsiris, while his brother Agi Katsiris managed the business side. Property Fellas is a relatively new company, but Agi and Marios ran several other companies before. The work was carried out to a high standard and the project was completed within the agreed timescale of 3 weeks, and within budget. I found Property Partners pleasant to deal with. Agi was quick in responding to any questions and Marios completed the work to a high standard and was proactive in suggesting solutions to problems and minor changes during the works. Overall, I am very pleased with the result.

Please be careful when hiring this person. We had agreed on a price and the day before starting the work, I had messaged to confirm with him the price and at that point, he had increased his price. I had showed him the text message confirming the price, however he was adamant with the increase. He didn't start the work so I wasn't left in a mess but from his reviews, it appears this has happened to another person.
