John is a true and trustworthy person. He was very helpful from the early stage of the project to completion, the pricing was reasonable and the job was carried out professionally. Site was left very clean and tidy for the next contractor to start. The job was a conservative one and the council wants us to keep all plaques removed and reinstall later. John and his operatives removed and store them with no damage. He was also very helpful after the job was completed and payment done. He is 100% reliable. I will recommend him 100%, you will not be disappointed. This is my very 1st review on this site, I normally don't do this as I have encountered very bad contractors here, but it is exceptional. Latest review:Demolition-Servet responded promptly to my posting and was able to come and look at the job that day. He arrived on time and clearly told me his thoughts on the work and the price around it. He offered to let me organise the skip if I wanted but I left it to him for that part. The work started within 7 days which was great and he and the team arrived as expected and set to work removing the pond and the hard standing. Good team that worked hard and they were done the same day. All rubbish was in the skip and Servet was helpful in offering to move some other rubbish we had to the skip too. Really good experience and no change to the quote. I am now asking him also to quote for a larger extension piece based on my experience.

Latest review:Demolition-Jeff did an amazing job in demolishing a shed in my garden. The shed had concrete roof and 40cm thick brick walls! Apparently this was a bunker from WWI But with Jeff experience this was not a problem at all. Done in the time we agreed on. He is a true gentleman and was a pleasure chatting with him. Highly recommended!
