Was ok. Not sure he was entirely transparent with the costs (told me about call-out charge but not hourly rate). The problem with the boiler was a settings issue but he strung out the job and made out like it could be something else (presumably to justify high hourly rate). He sorted out the problem yeah but would I use him again or recommend? Nope.

Proud build limited (Sebastian) did a full refurb on on my new 2 bed flat, it needed a lot of work as the property was not looked after at all, included the kitchen, there bathroom, new skirting, flooring I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver tans exceed my expectations, his work was excellent and great detail on the finish touches, I revalued my property after the work and due to the excellent work my value went up by Nearly %30!!! really happy with the work and will 100% be using him again.
