Eriken arrived on time, surveyed the garden, and then recommended a better solution to the one that I had in mind, namely using concrete fence posts to replace the old wood and metal ones, and he did so without putting any pressure on me at all. I thought it was a great idea as they would be much easier to maintain, and replacing future fence panels would be a matter of just sliding them in. We agreed on a fair price, and Eriken arrived promptly on the day with his colleagues, took down all of my old fence panels and fence posts, and fitted new concrete posts and new panels very professionally. He and his colleagues took away my old fence panels for disposal and cleared away any mess, and then he sent me pictures of the job as it was at one of my tenanted properties. I would definitely use Eriken again. Thank you, Eriken, for a professional job well done.

Review 4: Roland did a brilliant job from start to finish. The 6 tonnes of topsoil were spread evenly, and the turf was laid perfectly across the 33 sqm area. The result is a beautiful, fresh lawn. He was punctual, professional, and very easy to deal with.but he left his tools still not collected

Emil did a really good job, and went slightly more than what was originally agreed. The house was in a very bad shape with paint peeling off. He made it look new. He did not rush the job, but took his time to complete the work to my satisfaction. Being an old house, he had to think beyond normal decorative work to fit the garden door for example. More importantly he did not squibble but made sure the job was done properly. The price was perfect for the 3 day job, and they left the place clean everyday they finished. It's hard to find these types of no-frill no complaints near perfect builders/decorators these days. He did not want any advance, and I paid him by BACS after he left completing the job. I would hire this guy a million times with my eyes closed. Keep up the good work. More work coming your way.

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.
