Job not done properly , on asking to come and check informed me that i had to look for some one else. Please be cautious. --Edited after his comments-- I am disappointed by the contractor's claim that he wasn't welcomed. I personally met him at the gate and allowed him to work undisturbed while I attended to my own tasks. We even offered him tea, which he declined in favor of finishing quickly. Regarding the work: he performed only the bare minimum and did not complete the tasks as requested. Furthermore, I offered him additional payment specifically to fix an issue he caused, which makes his comments even more surprising. The defect didn't 'appear' weeks later; it was present from day one. He claimed it would resolve itself over time, but it never did. It is unprofessional to blame a lack of 'greetings' when the real issue is the poor quality of the work

I am a specialist in Floor restoration and sanding and re-sealing using the latest 99% dust free sanding machines I Have a GNVQ level 3 in impervious vinyl installation and a IOC (institute of carpentry and joinery) distinction at level 3 I am meticulously detailed in the way in my trade, I never cut corners, I do it right the first time, every time. I have never had a floor fail on me and have never been called back because the customer was not happy. I can solve damp problems, cracked screed and leveling of screeds I have undertaken many large projects such as London School of Economics, Harrods and Diesel stores I am fairly priced and think I offer value for money for my customers I have 100s of recommendations and testimonials if you would like to see them please just ask.

From the early stage communication through to completion the experience was really good. Kaizen were proactive and very considerate to the neighbours. On finding unexpected details with the existing old house they were good at making suggestions to get around them and were always easy to deal with. Svilen saved me during a really bad refurbishment. He shows up before I even get to the house so I have had to leave him a key because I'm always late lol. His work is very clean and precise. He keeps receipts and is very transparent about what he can and cannot do. I initially hired him to finish fitting my kitchen and he ended up fitting all my doors and architraves, turned my ikea wardrobe into a fitted wardrobe, created a door for my utility room, fitted a howdens larder cupboard for my boiler. All in all a stand up guy that God sent at a crazy time. Thank you Svilen!
