I've just had my kitchen in Dunoon updated by Craig. Work tops, splash backs etc all replaced and old tiling removed with minimum upheaval. Arrived and worked as he said he would. All debris and old fittings removed and the work site left in a good and clean order. His willingness to do that extra bit and his attention to detail was impressive. Together with a friendly persona and a can-do attitude I can, without any hesitation, recommend Craig to anyone looking for a first class joinery or carpentry job at a competative price. I'll certainly use him again. He knows what he doing.

Paul was very fast to respond to the job, The job was a fair distance away from his home address and I explained that I made a mistake selecting him to quote for the job thinking I had chosen a trades-person closer to the job site. That said Paul was okay with the traveling distance and we negotiated a price that suited us both. After a few phone calls to work out the kinks I ordered up and paid for the loft insulation after chatting with Paul about the required quantity and had it delivered to the worksite the day before installation. Paul arrived on the job site at 8am as arranged, Paul did the work as specified leaving the worksite in a clean and tidy state. Paul Answered all calls or responded to voice mail messages left in a very timely manner (less than 12 hours), Turned up when he said he would, Did the job I asked him to do, Charged the agreed price. All said and done it's been a good trades person / client transaction, I have added Paul to my trades contact list.

Problems due to damaged worktops from their supplier. Only the third one supplied was acceptable and undamaged. This was NOT the fault of Brisbane OR their installer, both of of whom did all they could to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Especially the installer, whose determination to complete a satisfactory job was exemplary.

Fraser &Campbell arrived on date & time agree . They did repairs to kitchen pluming , unites and put down new kitchen flooring . When the work was finished they cleaned -up any rubbish before they left . Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any future work if required .
