We hired Patrick to tile a bathroom, floor to ceiling. Patrick had some great ideas regarding shelving and bath panelling. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tiling was done to a fantastic standard and Patrick also helpfully re-positioned some rather un-sightly radiator pipes and re-fitted the shower, new taps and a shower screen. A great job - would highly recommend.

Can't thank Ian and his able assistant Jack enough for a job well done. We presented Ian with a second hand kitchen to replace an in place kitchen. A jigsaw puzzle without the picture springs to mind. How he has managed to fit it all in and provide us with more storage than we had before I don't know ! Even with some transport issues we were kept incredibly informed and the job was done with a minimum of fuss....just an occasional cup of tea here and there. Brilliant job and not an ounce of mess, which was a significant worry, but amazing...all dusted and wiped down at the end of each days work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mainly Maintenance ...in fact we have them coming back in a couple of months for more work

Tony came and gave me a quote for having my kitchen done. I specified what I wanted doing but when it came to the work it was apparent that it couldn’t all Be done. For example didn’t know how to install my cooker hood and didn’t want to put my blind up. Broke my mirror made marks on my kitchen walls. All I kept hearing was we haven’t got time We need to get to our next job which made me feel an inconvenience! The work of the cupboards and worktop is very good to be fair. Tony did come back and finish off most of the loose ends. I am now having to pay someone else to come and do the other things that I was led to believe Would be done in my quote. So actually has cost me more money now and time and inconvenience!!

Ed made a very nice tidy job of refurbishing my kitchen, new worktops, new sink, removed an unwanted sink, stop off the pipework and drains etc. He was hoping to finish in 1 day but found that there was a missing part, (suppliers fault) and so came back on Saturday to finish the job once I had rectified the shortfall. He was punctual and worked tidily, even putting down a clean dustsheet on the driveway where he was cutting the worktops and removing his boots every time he came into the house. Both myself and my wife are very pleased with the end result and thoroughly recommend him. I know what sort of a job he did because I used to fit kitchens myself before I retired and I am very particular. Nice one Ed!

We contacted Mr Smithers with a view to fitting a kitchen. We got as far as him being on the short list but, in the mean time, a different fitter we had contacted by phone a few days earlier came back with his quote . We therefore had to cancel Mr Smithers without even getting as far as discussing the job. When calling him to cancel the job, his manner was very friendly and understanding. John Marriott

They did a great job. We live in Canada so were unable to be there. They sent pictures, so we could see what was being, done. They explained what was required. It was done on time and the wood windows look great. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Our cottage is 260 years old so wanted it to blend in.

My Builder FeedBack Christopher Wadley Having accepted Chris's competitive quote we were immediately impressed by his down to earth approach, advice and friendly nature. His communication and timekeeping were excellent, always confirming his arrival time to reassure. His and his colleagues work ethics are excellent, you hardly know they are on site but they work professionally and diligently, hardly stopping throughout the day. The quality of work is of a high standard and Chris is very proactive in suggesting options or asking if there is anything else required to avoid creating further work down the line (eg changing lighting or electrical fixtures).
