I contacted Ekland and his brother Bes for some light refurbishment. I was so impressed with the work and speed that they ended up doing all the works I intended to do. Starting with latex screed, flooring using LVT system, architraves and skirting boards, installation of 9x heavy duty fire doors, carpets in 2x bedrooms and finally decoration. Prices were very reasonable considering the time and effort they put into installation but not only that, as I am a first time buyer they advised me on design as I didn’t really know where to start. They are honest and reliable, where I tried to save money they said it was not the right thing to do and took additional hours to make something right without a hidden extra. They turn up at 8am everyday and so easy to work with, I left them the keys to my flat and I didn’t need to check in on them at all. If you are thinking to do any refurbishment and are either hesitant or not knowing where to start these are your guys. 5* to Vukaj and thank you!

Mr Keefe completely refitted the kitchen including replacing a large sliding patio door with a standard door and window enabling extended kitchen units, moving the radiator, replacing lighting and flooring. He assisted in planning of the kitchen and advised on good quality units at a sensible price and was fully receptive of my requirements. Our 3 bedroom, Grade 2 listed house is nearly 200 years old and hadn't been renovated since the early 1990's. A complete redecoration and remodel was needed. Their work was done to completion and not too over-time, despite numerous snags and many logistical difficulties. The commitment and patience of all involved was admirable, never once becoming dis-heartened, and always pushing us to make sure materials were on order and if we were happy with the work as it progressed. They have the skills and the ability to improvise as they go. The pricing was fair and actually cheap by London standards. The "finish" was the stage where we all had to come to an agreement over where to stop, and this is usually the most contentious stage in a project. This was surprisingly stress-free. The main snag was with floorboard sanding preparation. If floors aren't 100% prepped, the result can look patchy to the trained eye. They made sure that the end result was acceptable to us when we questioned the finish by doing the entire sand and re-staining over again. That shows great care and attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have extensive remodeling done to thier property. They are capable of dealing with sensitive historical properties and adhering to a budget whilst correcting errors that appear along the way. A perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.
