Get in touchVery unhappy with this kitchen fitter. Started out well and did a reasonable job fitting the kitchen. But then he sent an invoice before completing the job which we (stupidly) paid. He then kept delaying and delaying in which time we couldn’t use our kitchen as we didn’t have essentials like the tap being fitted. He tried to charge us more for an adjustment he had previously promised he would do. We ended up just doing it ourselves. Get in touchVery poor experience. Ended up costing me £1100 to have a worktop, small cupboard and 2 skirting boards fitted. Worktop mostly fitted correctly but one corner was clearly measured wrong and juts out - unsalvageable as previous worktops were destroyed on removal and new ones had been cut. Now just need to live with it. Worse than that however was that they disconnected the electrical panel of the boiler and then reconnected it wrongly. They told me the boiler was no longer working and admitted it was their fault but did nothing to rectify it. I was without hot water or heating for nearly a week before I had a gas engineer out. Engineer confirmed the wiring had been reconnected wrongly. I sent Lotus photos of report and damage and advised it was £342 for the repair. I have since messaged them again requesting payment for the damage caused and they continue to ignore. Careless and completely unconcerned with customer satisfaction.

We went with Craig because, not only was his quote fair and competitive, but he really impressed us with the way he listened to our ideas when he came to look at job. Now the kitchen is done, we’re extremely happy with his level of workmanship. Whenever he encountered an unforeseen challenge, he calmly worked out a solution, and the work was completed in good time. - Get in touchProblems due to damaged worktops from their supplier. Only the third one supplied was acceptable and undamaged. This was NOT the fault of Brisbane OR their installer, both of of whom did all they could to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
