Darryl did a fantastic job and was really helpful and communicative throughout. He removed the carpet and underlay, and replaced it with laminate flooring, and fitted beading and door bars. The room looks great and we are very happy with the work. The job was done swiftly, despite him having to shave a few mm of the bottom of two cupboard doors. Would recommend Darryl without hesitation. Before and after pictures below.

Stephen has ruined our property by doing a bad job with the 40m2 of engineered wood flooring job we hired him for. At first he really seemed polite and that he knew what he was doing and this caused us to trust him finishing the job when we were on holiday. We came back to a floor that wasn't glued down properly, creaking and lifting in places. But worst of all is that the amount of levelling screed he poured on our upstairs amounts to 1100kg (44 bags). We have been told by independent sources that this could affect the structure of our house and that it needs to be removed. So now we have a huge job to remove the flooring and screed (properly causing damage to the flooring). Stephen said at first he would come back to rectify but he has since went AWOL and is ignoring our messages. It will cost us thousands to rectify so we will be seeking to claim back out of pocket costs from him via court. On top of this he isn't insured (yes mybuilder allow this). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

John and son Darren were first class and resolved my problem in under 4hours which amazed me and the workmanship was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy on completion thanks to Darren with some input from his dad. The price quoted was lower than I expected and welcome as we are both pensioners. We hired Casspro Services to tile our bathroom and we are quite pleased with the results. Daniel was nice to have around the house, he ensured his work spaces were kept clean by using coverings and ensured the job was completed to both his and our satisfaction, checking we were happy with progress each day. He also reattached the radiator and shower at the end of the job too, which was not included in the original quote, but which we appreciated as we didn't want to risk ruining the new tile work tying to reattach either ourselves.
