ACVBuilding Services offered us a professional and friendly service. We got one of our house- bathroom and kitchen completely refurbished and other parts of house sorted as well. I must say I did right thing in choosing Lino and his team for this job. Not only Lino and his team started the work on time (especially around Christmas time) when the availability of most of the builders was almost nil but completed it in record time to the best professional finish within the agreed time frame, though we went slightly out of budget but that was mutually sorted between us. Lino listened to all our requirements as we were project managing the work for the first time of this scale but also gave good advice wherever required which we adhered to. We are so happy with his work that we are giving him more work on our own house now and can recommend ACVBuilding Services to all without any hesitation. Truly professional company and nice to work with. Wish Lino and his team many more successes with us and elsewhere.

Damien did a brilliant job fitting some worktops, a hob and a sink in my kitchen. Was impressed from the moment he came out to view the job, he turned up on time and gave a competitive quote. On the job itself, he tidied up as he went along, and problem solved some issues caused by my small flat, the length of worktop I had purchased and the wrong waste that came with the sink. Very pleased with the end product, would definitely use Damien again, and highly recommend his services to others.

The job was completed in the agreed time and generally to a high standard. However, the application of sealant in the bathroom was not done to as high a standard as the existing work. The "payment portal" on their website is a joke. It just would not work for me, and I ended up having to pay by bank transfer.

We had our kitchen fitted . The kitchen came from wren and unfortunately because of wrong measures when planned at the store it was an enormous challenge to fit it in . Sm GB contracts did an amazing job. They definitely know what their are doing and if it wasn't their enormous knowledge and expertise the kitchen couldn't be fitted on that space at all. They worked extremely hard after hours to make sure we had everything ready before going on holidays. We can't thank them enough. I really recommend them!!!

When Nick says he likes to take his time on a job and do it right, he's not kidding. From the off, he presents himself as someone with knowledge and savvy. A solid work ethic along with attention to detail and good humour. Plus, he'll gladly answer any questions or concerns about the work. When I said our kitchen needed a complete top-to-bottom overhaul, he didn't shirk from it (as some tradesmen have done). He's done a damned good job. I've got no qualms about recommending him or hiring him again.

I had water dasmage in my kitchen from the flat above mine. Due to this being an insurance job I didn't actually choose the final contractor. However, all of my dealings with Bary were very profesional and easy. The job was started and finished on the agreed days. I couldn't see the finished job straight away. The first time I saw it was 3 months after. When I did I was really pleased with the work. It looks great. no water staines and the new work tops look great. I would use Gary again for any repairs.

Summary Work standard- high class (building work) Electrical work high class commitment- Richard great, his team -OK time line- 2 month delay( we had Christmas in between ) was committed end of Nov 2022, its officially finished mid if Feb 2023. Follow up- Multiple times, I am still following up for my house keys as I shared one set with him!! Overall - pick Zking if you have time. Price-aptly priced. I think like every builder when things almost come to finish few bits needed followed up However barring few 3rd party dependent bits like gas safety cert etc weren't done so, anything in Richards remit was done to perfection anything 3rd party you keep waiting!! I can hire again as he is a genuine chap. Regards

I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe.
