He was very calm, reliable and not going to push you for anything. He shared progress and kept you informed for the next step proactively. Malcolm is old school - hard working and honest. He was one of the best trades i employed in my house renovations. He was able to easily adapt to our requirements for carpet relaying, get me a good deal on new carpet’s and the work was absolutely immaculate. We had a small issue with one of my carpets being short but Malcolm has promised to fit a new one upon his return. He is prompt and clear with his communication. I really loved working with Malcolm and will now only use him for all my flooring needs. I trust him 100%. I highly recommend Malcolm over any high street supplier and will be recommending him to all our friends.
