While laying vinyl for me this man informed me that he knew someone I went to college with but refused to tell me who. Sadly he didn’t have the same discretion while discussing me (a potential client) with his friends before taking the job. He told me my new house was in a bad area and asked how much I paid for it. Stupidly I told him. He no doubt ran back to his friend to tell them. Of course what I should have said was it’s none of his business and he was highly unprofessional. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend him.

I am so tardy with the feedback, I've really wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with the new kitchen which Mark fitted! Kitchen units Howdens Appliances Ace Domestics Flooring Flooring and Ceramics Throughout the design prepping and discussing the client spec, Mark was more than generous with his time and knowledge @ the start, calling upon his trusted tradesmen for meetings with me when going over electrics etc. The plan was for the bulk of it to be done whilst we were on a fortnight's holiday. There was a glitch with the Howdens order (their error) so Mark contacted me right away to discuss options and let me know it would be sorted and not to worry, just enjoy the holiday. There was a slight delay with the flooring & plastering, and the online LED supplier was a nightmare - these were outside of Mark's control but we were always kept informed and Mark grafted longer/harder to get things back on track. He's a very tidy worker & doesn't cut corners, doesn't feed the client b/s & is really personable. His trusted team that help with electrics/wet trades are all very reliable & their workmanship is of the highest standard. He may not quote the lowest for a job, but you honestly do get what you pay for with Mark - very high quality work in very reasonable timescales & where he can help you keep costs down, he'll do whatever he can for you. Also deals with any supplier nightmares from long-standing relationships with them. He's always busy, a good sign!

Fiifi has been amazing. He completed my father's kitchen/dining room to a great standard, identifying and resolving all the final bits and pieces. This included raising the cooker hood to a more usable height, creating new wooden skirting boards and door frames, painting the rooms, filling and fitting new flooring. At all times, he was knowledgeable and communicated how it would be completed. He fully designed a wine store for the understairs cupboard that looks out of a design book, with a custom wood framing, adapted wine racking and smoked glass door. My father has some memory issues. While I worked from his house for the first couple of days, I had no concerns with not being there: I had full trust and confidence in him. Could not recommend higher.
