Richard refigured our kitchen layout, removing walls to open the space up and fitting a kitchen. From the outset he immediately understood the vision and suggested perfect solutions. He was calm, kind and really put us at ease (after having a bad experience with a bathroom fitter previously). We were right to trust his judgement as the whole project was delivered perfectly. He arrived when he said he would and used other local experienced tradespeople with plastering, plumbing and electrical work. He always left a tidy site at the end of the day and took away waste. He was patient when we occasionally changed our minds about decor and layout. We are very pleased with the work and love our new kitchen. I have recommended him to others already. After being let down by numerous trades people seemingly uninterested by what might have seemed a small job. Adam came along as promised quoted for the job and even though he couldn’t do the job straight away promised to get back to me once he was available. He was good to his word and got back to me. The job was completed on site in two days. Adam cleared up after himself and did a lovely job. I would 100 % recommend him.

Philip originally tiled my bathroom. He did it so well that I asked him to fit my new kitchen, when I decided to have it entirely re-done. This involved stripping out the old fitments, preparing, painting and tiling the walls and fitting the new cupboards and work surfaces and tiling the floor. He is meticulous in all that he does. He thought creatively about the space available, my needs, and accompanied me with the measurements to decide on the fitments. He also took me to look at tiles, made recommendations as to the size and quality needed for the walls and floor and transported them to my house (I do not have a car). At the end of each day, he tidied up and kept disruption to a minimum while he was working. He completed the work on time and on budget. Philip is easy to talk to, kind and considerate. He takes a real pride in his work and enjoys it. I have recommended him to friends without hesitation and am very happy to have the opportunity to write this reference.

Building of an ensuite extension to the main bedroom of our bungalow. Removal of wall between kitchen and dining room and fit new Howden kitchen. All work was completed to a high standard. In particular, Lance's team of trades people for brick work, roofing, drains, plumbing, electrical and tiling were all very professional and did a first class job. All work was carried out to our agreed timescale and Lace was very accommodating with variations and minor changes to the original design.
