FANTASTIC. PERFECTIONIST. HARD WORKING. FLEXIBLE. A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING IN OUR HOME. We have been so very impressed with this company from the moment we met and spoke with Thomas and we have not been disappointed. The company quotation was reasonable and thankfully we made the right decision and engaged them to carry out the work. Our kitchen has certainly been lightened up and the electrics brought up to scratch, and Thomas demonstrated extra thought and care in transforming a very untidy, dated and muddled electric system into a neat and well-ordered one that continues to make me very happy each time I open that particular cupboard. Thomas always took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked collaboratively with the other trades involved in our project. We would certainly want to engage his company again for any electrical work we may require in the future, be it a smaller job or another project. I originally left positive feedback for Daniel as I was initially pleased with the fence job that he did. However Daniel by his own admission 'forgot' to re-attach the back fence to the new fence he had installed. Dan came back to fix this problem but unknown to me he had just put one very short screw through the posts achieving nothing. So when we had the recent winds down came my back fence and my neighbours new fence was also damaged. I called Daniel again to be told 'it was not his problem' nor part of his job to attach the joining fence. I have had a professional fencer come and assess the work who had advised it is of very poor standard and any professional would have secured the joining fence properly. Daniel has not used sufficient postcrete either around the concrete post. Unskilled or lazy, i'm not sure. Daniel eventually returned after letting me down to see if we could sort our differences. I advised Daniel that I was not expecting a new or free back fence from him as eventually I would have replaced it. However I did expect him to correct the bad work he had done. He agreed and left. However a few days later he has written to me telling me he is not going to do the work. Seems I am not the only person to have this experience with this trader. I strongly advise to avoid.

Fiifi has been amazing. He completed my father's kitchen/dining room to a great standard, identifying and resolving all the final bits and pieces. This included raising the cooker hood to a more usable height, creating new wooden skirting boards and door frames, painting the rooms, filling and fitting new flooring. At all times, he was knowledgeable and communicated how it would be completed. He fully designed a wine store for the understairs cupboard that looks out of a design book, with a custom wood framing, adapted wine racking and smoked glass door. My father has some memory issues. While I worked from his house for the first couple of days, I had no concerns with not being there: I had full trust and confidence in him. Could not recommend higher.
