I enganged Raymond (and Jane) to remove and old and fit a new kitchen for a rental property. This included levelling of the floor and then vinyl tiling, removal of wall tiles and replacement with new. Unfortunately, I tested positive with Omnicold, just before the works started and with the Government restrictions was unable to monitor the first week of works on site, which was a worry. Jane updated me daily, with photos as necessary of the works and even sourced the floor and wall tiles for me (I was restricted from shopping). When I was eventually able to visit site with my trusty spirit level, I found the standard of work was very good, with the floor levelled and all units level and square. Raymond is very organised and seems to be able to turn his hand to most things and took on a few extra jobs including door frame repair, toilet cistern system replacement and bath panel replacement. The work was completed to the timeframe in the offer. I would certainly have no hesitation in using Raymond and Jane again

His name is Sam . First time use my builder. Com . Needed my kitchen work top done ASAP I had few builders texting me for work. But Sam was first on my list when I read his profile . He came & give me price . Then few weeks time as his busy with others job . He Came and fix the worktop and it was so good job then I expected . Special my wife & daughter was pleased with it. Steve did several jobs for us, including boarding our loft with a loft ladder. He installed all our down stairs skirting boards. And previous to this he did all the fencing in our rear garden, which consisted of installing 12 panels and posts. Steves workmanship & professionlism was of the highest quality as was his reliability, always on time and turned up when booked in. We would happily employ Steve in the future for all our carpentry jobs

I do not advertise anywhere and my van is sign written. What does this mean? It means that I am wholly reliant on my reputation. Therefore, I cannot afford to do a bad job. We will not cut corners or take short cuts. If I wouldn't accept it in my own home, then it won't be acceptable in yours. (Unlikely scenario) If you are looking for someone to do a quick, cheap, bodge job then run along, nothing to see here.

Adjusted all my new IKEA kitchen units and drawers (our attempt had been dire), fitted upstands and solved an issue with windowsills (which saved money and time!) Very high standard of work and attention to detail, solution focused, knowledgeable and skilled craftsman. Did a great job with my kitchen. It all started very well. Phoomarin was very pleasant and easy to have in my small house. He entered and left by the kitchen door and listened to his music through head phones. He worked very hard. We made some changes of plan along the way so it is not surprising the job took longer than the three days originally quoted in October 21 I haven't seen him since last October and have only been able to contact twice since then. He did give a good reason for the delay when I spoke to him in early December. Now he doesn't reply to calls or texts and has left the job which has been payed for unfinished and I need to get someone else to do the work. March 22
