Finn and Aaron arrived promptly to start flooring my loft. Materials had all arrived on time too and the job was well planned. They worked very efficiently and quietly and “just got on with it”. The work they completed was to a high standard and I’m really pleased with the result. Very neat and tidy - they even hoovered up afterwards! The job was completed in one day, not two as original quoted. AVOID!!! I posted my job on here and Arran messaged to advise he could assist. At first all seemed great, he came to the property to measure up, checked out plans online, but then when it came to installing our kitchen, Arran left us completely in the lurch. He knowingly allowed us to tear out our existing kitchen and then did not show up when he said he would. I tried contacting him on several occasions and he completely ghosted us. We later discovered that he lied to us about having a trade account. He told us he could get us a discount so we ordered through him and then he claimed the cashback promotions that we were entitled to.
