This was not a straightforward kitchen fit and we had to undertake quite a lot of unplanned additional work. Ugi was always patient and also came up with ideas. He is a trustworthy person and takes pride in his work. He took on some additional work we asked him to do which he carried out to a high standard. We overran on the price a little but that was more down to our upgrading things as we went along. The kitchen is great and we are very pleased and would have no hesitation recommending Ugi to others. The only recommendation I would make is get Ugi to project manage the job for a little more, as we tried to do it ourselves and it just didnt work.

AVOID!!! I posted my job on here and Arran messaged to advise he could assist. At first all seemed great, he came to the property to measure up, checked out plans online, but then when it came to installing our kitchen, Arran left us completely in the lurch. He knowingly allowed us to tear out our existing kitchen and then did not show up when he said he would. I tried contacting him on several occasions and he completely ghosted us. We later discovered that he lied to us about having a trade account. He told us he could get us a discount so we ordered through him and then he claimed the cashback promotions that we were entitled to. In the end, we had to instruct somebody else to complete the job.

Ryan went the extra mile and sourced all the component parts when B&Q botched the delivery. The work is excellent and the new kitchen is exactly what we wanted. The quote was spot on and the job completed in the time estimated in spite of the delivery shambles of the component parts. The units are great and the finished look exactly what we wanted.
