Ryan and the team have done a brilliant job and produced exactly the shelves and cupboards I wanted. Communication and response from the team was impeccable at all times and I cannot fault a single thing about dealing with PR Bespoke Interiors. Not only is the quality of the work outstanding, but these are a bunch of extremely pleasant people who put customer satisfaction at the forefront of all they do. If they were involved in all building and maintenance trades, I would have them back to do everything that needs doing to my house. Adam is great. Polite, professional and listens! Will offer options/alternatives when you know what you want but recognise it might not be suitable for what we’ve got to work with. I got Adam back for a second time where did an excellent job, even fixed my stair on the way out. So refreshing having a man come to quote who didn’t tell me what I should be doing or having, talk over me or raise their voice when I politely stuck to my guns.

Quoted very competative before even viewing (went by images). Was on holiday and previewed whilst travelling back!. Honoured price, arrived asap, on time and finished on time. Good clean replacement worktops with new sink, taps, hob and making good. Cleaned up from cutting in hallway and got rid of rubbish. Other builder quotes charged extra for the latter when they turned up and much dearer. Thanks John great job, advice and extras.

Installation of a kitchen worktop by a chap namely TOM. This was the most shambolic installation work of a kitchen worktop I have ever witnessed. As and when this chap arrived on site I clearly requested that great care must be taken not to damage the plasterboard walls of the kitchen room in question. I even agreed to extra cash payment for the work to ensure he takes great care for the same. On the contrary I can only describe this guy as a butcher and not a tradesman as he portrays himself, he has no respect whatsoever for other peoples property. It was in fact discovered after he left that he actually punctured through the plasterboard in question whilst attempting to rectify his substandard workmanship using a rusty wood chisel as a leverage. I could ramble on and on, the bottom line is in my eyes he is not a tradesman to be carrying out work in peoples homes and not only on garden sheds. He is capable of destroying your home.

Steve fitted two bay windows and a flat bedroom window on the front my three bed semi detached home. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship, quality of the product and cost of the job. As the work was completed to a high standard I hired him again to fit a rock door on the front of the house. He sourced and fitted the door again to a very high standard. Both the jobs were completed on the days previously agreed with the minimum of fuss and disruption. I would have no hesitation in hiring Steve again and can thoroughly recommend his services.
