We genuinely could not have asked for a better service than what James and his team delivered. We were unsure on what our options were surrounding some building work in our home. I wouldn’t trust these cowboys. I had them do chimney breast removal and a new kitchen with installation of a window & patio door. Chimney breast removal- had zero consideration for the house. Carpets weren’t covered up, furniture damaged. I have stains that can’t be removed. Scratches in bathroom sink. Had to constantly clean up using my own industrial vacuum, they even left bricks on top of the wardrobe. Ruined my garden. The kitchen was a nightmare from start to finish. The staff were rude. They didn’t even rip the floor up correctly (cutting corners) & damaged the extractor fan that I was then unable to return. Charged me a stupid amount to point the internal wall which looked like a child had done it, I had to get this fixed myself. Gave the wrong window measurements and installed it without consultation. It was too low and I had to get a new window ordered and fitted, as well as the opening bricked to make it smaller. Ended up kicking them off the job. 552 reviews Get in touchStarted in 2016 by taking small projects such as patching, fixing leakage, fixing doors,... by the time I became familiar with domestic and commercial building structures and started taking projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, removing internal and external walls, shop fitting, suspended ceiling, plumbing and electric wiring,... Then as I became more confident and also took a bricklaying course, I started taking bigger projects such as single story extension, double story extension, full house renovation and so on. I used to be a sole trader then registered a limited company and now I am operating as a company in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas and taking project and doing quality work by myself, my team and, if needed, subcontractors by writing this short explanation, I just wanted to say that me and my team are NOT same as some people who just have jumped into construction, buying some tool and running around and doing cowboy jobs. we have grown step by step reaching the 8th year being in construction sector. I hope this short story convinces you that you are in safe hands. We know what needs to be done according building regulations and what does not need to be done. Thanks for reading

Had two chimney breasts and chimney removed by Samoo and his team. They completed the job on the same day, including plastering and making good. It's a messy job but they protected the area well and then also vacuumed and mopped up afterwards. Fantastic work and great communication. After several bad experiences with tradespeople we were so happy to find Next Gen and will definitely be using them for future work on our house. In this case we'd had an internal pipe leak which had left water marks and flooded the floor. Next Gen responded quickly to our enquiry, provided a quote in person and were able to start the job promptly. They worked fast but also paid attention to detail.
