Having lived with a kitchen that was falling apart for too long, we are thrilled with everything that Neil and Sean have done. From the initial meeting with Neil we felt that he was really listening to what we wanted and needed, working with us the whole time and making suggestions which we were able to discuss without feeling pressurised. Although in typical form of our house the room decided to throw up some extra issues which made things more fiddly, Neil took them in his stride and worked tirelessly so the fit was still finished on time. He was aware of how much upheaval having a new kitchen fitted can be and the way that everything ran so smoothly and was so well coordinated lessened the stress a great deal. He and Sean, the plasterers and Tony the painter were also respectful of our house the whole time, cleaning as they went. What stands out most for us now we have begun using the kitchen is not only the ease of having a layout that works for us but the finish. Neil and Sean take pride in their work and everything has been put together and finished off beautifully. Thanks again to Tony as well, who put in long hours to tile and paint. The quality of his work is excellent and again everything is finished to a very high standard. All in all, we are so thrilled with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Per Fit Kitchens to anyone thinking about a new kitchen - they are professional, hard working and take pride in what they do. INITIAL REVIEW: Ieuan is really polite, informative, flexible and he did a great job on the doors etc! It’s been great working with him and I have hired him for another job and will definitely do again in the future. UPDATE: I re-engaged Ieuan after the positive first experience but sadly the second experience has not been so great. He made a mistake on the second job which we only realised after I had paid for the job and he left. The lock he installed is only locking from inside but not from outside. I have been asking him for more than a month to come back and correct it but he has not. He has been difficult to reach and has promised to come a few times but not showed up. I now have to engage someone else to fix it.

Oli and his team were really punctual, tidy and reliable. The foundations were not an easy job due to the limited space, depth required and utilities. However they were very careful and kept us updated as to the progress regularly as well as updating and liaising with the building inspector when required.

Jay came to price the job after making contact and his communication was clear. We live in a very old house with lots of quirks; he took this into account and saved us a bit of money with the plastering. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and a couple of walls and he inspected the whole room, telling us we were fine to leave two of the walls as they were, as all seemed solid. I imagine he could have told us to have the whole room done, but instead we only had done what was needed. Jay managed to slot us in quickly, completing the work over two half days (allowing the pre-plaster adhesive coat to dry over night), finishing the job on a Saturday morning as a team of two. The price quoted was what we were charged. It's now been about a month since the work was completed, and we're very happy with the results. The room was skimmed nicely and the surface was very smooth. We coated it with Screwfix bare plaster paint before giving it a top coat, and the finish is great. We'll be using him again for future jobs and I have no problems recommending him.
