I MUST SAY THAT I NEEDED A JOINER /CARPENTER TO TRIM OUT NEWLY BUILT APARTMENTS ,SO THE FINISH HAD TO BE FIRST CLASS FOR MY CLIENTS ,WITH EACH APARTMENT BEING OVER £300k. I ACTUALLY GOT A CRAFTSMAN ,SEAN WHO JUST BACK FROM AUSTRALIA WAS TOTALLY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY ,REALLY PLEASANT ,GREAT TIME KEEPING AND PUT IN A GOOD SHIFT ,HE NEW WHAT I WANTED AND HOW I WANTED IT FINISHED ,WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL ,AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I RECEIVED,HE ENDED UP INSTALLING THE TOP QUALITY KITCHENS AS WELL , THEY TURNED OUT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT WITH A FEW TWEAKS BY SEAN LAWLOR ,FOR THE CLIENT TO GET THE BEST BENEFITS FROM THERE KITCHEN DESIGN . Excellent job. Mervyn is very meticulous in everything he does. He carefully considers the best way to do things and goes out of his way to get the best product to fit the requirements. Attention to detail is highly important to him. This was a difficult job as renovation of existing kitchen units with new surfaces and sink unit so matching wood etc was a major consideration. Mervyn also is very tidy and always leaves the place in a shipshape condition every day. I would highly recommend M.D.K. property Maintenance.

I was let down by two different ppl and Barry managed to fit us in and literally saved the day he came to our home with Tucker and he got stuck right in and got it all fitted no issues or dramas, they where a pleasure to have in the hse and no bother wld highly recommend Barry he's an absolute legend

Dorian was friendly, helpful and did an excellent job of fitting our replacement integrated fridge/freezer. We had been told by several people that it was not possible to replace an integrated fridge/freezer that had fixed hinges with one that had sliding hinges, but Dorian did it with no fuss.

Tony's work is excellent and he guarantees his workmanship for 3 years. He found a few problems left by the previous guy I had hired 3 years ago. Tony fixed the problems at no extra charge, and with a lovely attitude. He holds himself to a high standard and takes pride in his work. He is also passing on his skills to his young apprentice, Dale. Tony is a gentleman and I highly recommend him for his work and his manner. I would not hesitate to hire Tony again if the need arises.
