No idea what his workmanship is like but it was my worst experience ever with someone repeatedly arranging a job then cancelling. Between 10th January and 23rd March (when Lee cancelled for the last time ) there were so many days arranged then cancelled. First it was weather excuses, then on good days he found some other reason or simoly didn’t show up and finally told us 23rd March that he wasn’t going to do it at all. This was just days after arranging to come on 25th. Unbelievable amount of time wasted . Lee - if you don’t want a job a: don’t quote and b: if you change your mind then say so at the start and don’t waste other people’s time like this.

Mark provided an excellent service and workmanship to install a new external balustrade to the patio and steps, relaying and grouting a portion of the sandstone patio, installing vertical timber sleepers to the circular patio section and installing a timber enclosure to the external gas bottles. The garden work area was tidied up at the end of each days work and the materials used were of good quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fosters Property Maintenance.

Peter fitted our loft ladder then asked him back as we had all new internal doors which he fitted has just completed another job for us a bespoke lean 2 shed at side of house he is innovative made the 2 end doors for shed tried to save us money and nothing is off limits he fixed our gutter and cleaned and sealed near roof to ensure no drip onto new shed very professional dependable honest and goes the extra mile to help. As an extra he mounted 2 tv s also I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone one of life’s true gentlemen honest and hard working family man who knows his trade so if you need a good joiner please contact him cannot recommend highly enough great guy Karen

I wanted a staircase fitted and stud walls erected to close in the landing. I had contacted several local tradesmen who promised everything but delivered nothing! Aleks gave a fair quote, arrived when he said he would, carried out the work that I wanted to be done and gave great advice. His workmanship is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable tradesman. I was so impressed that I have requested that he carry out further tasks that I need doing. In short: he is what a tradesman should be - we, in this country need more workmen like him!
