Full bungalow refurbishment - there is nothing left of the original save for the outer brickwork! All the internal walls were removed, the attached garage was incorporated into the floor plan, new roof, plumbing, central heating, electrics, windows, bathroom and kitchen. James was recommended to me by a friend. He project managed everything from start to finish. The job was started in October and completed by Easter the next year. They were on site nearly every day - and it was a pretty cold winter! James was very professional, up to date with invoicing and keeping us informed re added costs, he interpreted our plans well and made little adjustments that weren’t in the plan, but made all the difference to the finished house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James, in fact a few of my friends have used him after reading my social media posts.

Jerry was brilliant from start to finish. We were in a really difficult situation where we’d been let down by previous builders and Jerry came to help us when most tradespeople didn’t want to come near the job. He was empathetic and understanding, he communicated really well with us about what he was doing at every step, he made a lot of effort to keep the costs down and keep the house as dust-free as possible and was fab with our kids. Liam and Anthony did a great job of fitting our kitchen, they were clean and tidy and very punctual. They even did a couple of other little jobs for us whilst on site. They were trust worth and I had no issues leaving them alone in the house. They overcame a several issues which arose by a poor design from Wickes and they came back a couple of times to complete the job as Wickes didn't send the parts or the parts had not been ordered in the first place. I would recommend Liam & Antony for any job and I have already requested them to quote on a couple more jobs.

Thief!!! Don’t hire him,he’s a crook!! He takes advantage of people who don’t know much about building(always he want to buy everything for you and steal at the end) Don’t fall for his first appearance. I’ve requested for receipt of things he bought for me,more than 3weeks and he hasn’t been able to provide it(he took almost the rest of the things he bought for me to his house ) I’ve again requested for the quote we all agreed on(which he wrote in his diary)same he hasn’t been able to provide it. I bought turbo drive screws(500 qualities) from trade point,he used less than 15 screws and took the rest to his house. Have a lot to say but I will meet him in court.

I really didn’t want to be writing negative feedback but here we are. Phil didn’t turn up to do the job. Didn’t give straight answers about when he was going to try and turn up. He has messed us around with this. And now we have a huge unit sitting in the kitchen and no joiner to fit. How disappointing. Just be honest with people if you can’t do a job. Then we all know where we stand.
