The job itself was far from straight forward but they were able to deal with all the difficulties a tenement flat provides. I am delighted with the final result. Anthony and Patrick were pleasant to deal with and were always punctual. They had to come back on several occasions due to Wren continually providing damaged doors but didn’t complain or charge extra. They also hung some lights for me and fixed some radiators. Get in touchVery poor experience. Ended up costing me £1100 to have a worktop, small cupboard and 2 skirting boards fitted. Worktop mostly fitted correctly but one corner was clearly measured wrong and juts out - unsalvageable as previous worktops were destroyed on removal and new ones had been cut. Now just need to live with it. Worse than that however was that they disconnected the electrical panel of the boiler and then reconnected it wrongly. They told me the boiler was no longer working and admitted it was their fault but did nothing to rectify it. I was without hot water or heating for nearly a week before I had a gas engineer out. Engineer confirmed the wiring had been reconnected wrongly. I sent Lotus photos of report and damage and advised it was £342 for the repair. I have since messaged them again requesting payment for the damage caused and they continue to ignore. Careless and completely unconcerned with customer satisfaction.
