Jason was incredibly prompt and clear with what he could offer for the planning drawings. Whilst we are still sourcing builders for the job he is managing the full planning application process which is great. He is responsive and supportive which for first timers is invaluable.

Jason provided a very prompt service that was completed so much quicker than I imagined. He kept in regular communication and was very helpful during the planning application stage. He was also very accommodating to making variations. I would absolutely use Jason again. Excellent value.

Jason has been very professional and efficient throughout the project. At first I was a little unsure if I had effectively communicated all of our ideas, however, after visiting, Jason quickly sent through provisional plans and refined these with our feedback over a few days. I am amazed and impressed with how quickly Jason finalised the drawings and submitted the application to planning. I look foreword to his ongoing support whilst the plans are considered by the Local Authority.

Jason provided us with excellent service in providing planning drawings and processing our application through the council planning department. These drawings where perfect for getting through planning. We then hired Jason again to provide us with full detailed building drawings to obtain quotes from builders.

Jason came around to the property, took the measurements along with our ideas and drew up all the required designs for planning permission then submitted them across to the local council, excellent service, all hassle free just what we needed.

The architectural design service was for a single storey extension (5.6 x11m) including a kitchen and down stairs bedroom. From start to finish Jason was quick (both with responding to questions, any issues and in his approach to the design aspect), easy to use, friendly, proffesional, flexible and affordable. I would highly recommend this firm and would certainly use their services again.

I would highly recommend Jason, from start to finish he was very attentive and approachable. Whenever I contacted him regarding even small queries about design amendments he would always get back to me the same day to ensure I was happy with the progression of the project. The final drawings were produced and submitted in timely fashion and we look forward to the next stage of the project.
