Our job involved 2 new Velux skylights to be fitted (including an Integra one), previous skylights to be removed, and frames to be adjusted as the new windows were smaller than the old one (+timber, slate, mortar... needed to adjust the frame). In less than 24hours Thomas accepted the job on mybuilder, came to visit our flat, assessed our roof with his drone, provided an accurate (and very reasonable!) quote, and offered several dates for fitting our new windows - the earliest one being only 1 week after his initial visit! I don't know much about skylight/roofing work and Thomas explained everything very simply and clearly so that I could understand exactly what the work would involve. We were very surprised - other companies had quoted us much more for the same job, had a 12 weeks waiting time before they could come and do the job, and were much less nice to work with than Thomas. Thomas arrived on time as promised, and fitted our windows perfectly. We could not be happier with this job and would recommend him to anyone. In fact we will be reusing his services should we need anything done with our roof again. Thanks Thomas !!

Thomas has just finished a job for me today fitting a vent in the roof from an extractor fan in the bathroom. Thomas arrived before allotted time. Was very polite and Curtis. Did a very good job at a reasonable price. He shown me before and after pictures of his work as well as good advice about the condition of my roof. A lovely man who did a really good job. I would definitely use Thomas again. In fact I am going to have him back in a couple of months time to maintain my roof for me. I would recommend Thomas to family and friends without hesitation. From the moment I posted the job to the completed job, Thomas was nothing but great. He was punctual, kept me informed on arrival times and the job itself. His drone use was a first for me but he did a fab job and understood what was required. A slight hiccup with my neighbours gutter side however Thomas did everything he could to help me out and hopefully sort the job out! I will keep an eye out for heavy weather and let Thomas know if anything is amiss but fingers crossed all is well. Can’t fault Thomas and his work and would not hesitate to hire again should I need any more work doing! Thanks for letting me use your ladder to see my roof too! Nothing but positive feedback and he put 100% into the job for me. Thanks again :)

Thomas assessed the problem thoroughly and offered the best course of action to fix the issues. He was reliable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him, and we will use his services again if the need arises.

Tom contacted us and he was able to come out and quote the next day. (slightly dubious of this at first, as it usually takes months to get a tradesman out). Tom was very professional, showed me pictures of the failed roof and offered me repair options. Tom gave us a very reasonable quote and kept in contact with us in the run-up to carrying out the repair. Tom arrived at the agreed time to carry out the repair, he was very professional and tidy. The work came with a 5-year guarantee and I am confident that his workmanship will exceed this. A big thank you to Tom and I highly recommend him and his honesty.

Thomas responded to my job posting very quickly and we soon agreed that he should go ahead. The whole process was very satisfactory and Thomas was extremely helpful. He has now completed a second job for me and quoted for a third which I will have him do shortly.

Thomas was a good worker , knows his stuff , explained everything he was going to do & the job he did was superb . We were very happy, he arrived early and took all the mess away as well .
