Needed leak detection and access, SM were amazing and efficient, worked quickly and cleanly, found a very deep hidden leak, amazing service thanks Mike and Charlie.

Apart from a bad start when the guy turned up without a shirt on (it was a very hot day), and my tenant refused him entry, the jjob went pretty well.

Quick reply! Told us what to do over the phone and got it fixed!

Excellent service from the minute they answered the job. Arrived exactly at the time they said, communicated throughout showing me videos and pictures of the problem so I felt reassured that I understood what had caused the leak. They were able to rectify the leak quickly. Left the property tidy and did a couple of extra bits thrown in. Will definitely use again.

Excellent job. Michael turned up on time, was easy to deal with and open to discussing the problem, successfully located the source (which was different to what I'd thought) and convinced me of a sensible solution (fixing the bathroom roof) which he'll now do as a follow on job. Reliable, reasonable and quick. Couldn't ask for more!

Quick response and commendable

Excellent work from start to finish. Everything explained from costs to parts both prior and during the work when more issues were found. Work completed in just under 90 minutes, area left clean and tidy after several checks made to confirm work was complete. Will definitely use again for any future work.

Called them in for investigation. They started a trace and access which was quoted £200. They could not finish it because they said they need to take the shower tray off to get access below but I managed to get access myself. But I was still charged the whole £200. The total cost was estimated for £1000. The price is way too high and I felt overcharged for an incomplete job.
