Michael and his son came round quickly and as agreed. Offered a free quote. Was clear about the process and options, discovered the source of the leak quickly and fixed it. Tidied up nicely. Has offered to come back for further work free of charge if there is an ongoing problem. They were both friendly and a pleasure to have on the flat.

Michael and Charlie have done a great job, assessing the leak that was coming from under my kitchen tiled floor and repairing it as quickly as possible. They came back the day after to finish the job and I have to say that Charlie has done a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough and made sure all was done correctly. Thank you

Michael was attentive, prompt and friendly and provided advice before and after his visit. I didn't fully use the service (but paid for it) so he offered to come back and do more without charge as I had already paid. I had a bad leak and needed an assessment as to the source. He confirmed it was coming from above by carefully removing a couple of tiles by the ceiling and provided advice about what to do next which was really helpful. I am sure if I needed more advice, he would happily provide it.

Excellent communication. Really quick to respond and go out. Helped when the key from the key box was removed by accident, returning quickly the next day. Which was such a huge help. All the work is perfect and I’m super happy with everything would recommend. Also sent even though I hadn’t asked yet great video explainers

Great team, found the source of the leak (after others hadn't) and re fitted the bathroom. Made unplanned trips to source fittings, as I requested extra during the job. Polite, tidy and friendly guys would recommend.

Excellent service - they came quickly, identified the cause of the leak, offered a reasonable price and completed the job promptly. Very friendly, helpful and clean - would certainly use again.

I would not recommend using this business. They were very keen secure the work but very rude and quite aggressive once the job had been secured and deposit paid. When asked to supply a receipt for shower unit, refused to supply the original despite agreeing to do it at the outset. Even before showing evidence of completed work, demanded payment be made or they would not leave the property. It wasn't a pleasant experience engaging this tradesperson especially as a woman. Felt quite intimidated how Michael spoke to me on the phone and long text messages sent.
